Demonstrating a passion for cooking high quality food, ideally you will have previous experience of working as a junior chef. An NVQ in Food Preparation would be a distinct advantage, but full training will be provided. You should be comfortable with working in high pressure and varying environments and have a positive attitude, demonstrating an ability to form effective working relationships with other team members.

As well as your chef skills, we're interested in you and your personality; we need real team players who are keen to learn. This is a busy and challenging role, but we offer great opportunities to progress with our team of talented chefs.

The role includes early morning, evening and weekend working on a 5 out of 7 days per week contract (36.5 hours per week). Please attach your CV
