This post is full time and permanent, working 35 hours per week

The Academic Registrar's Department is looking to appoint to the position of College Support Officer in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.

The Academic Registrar's Department leads the University's academic administration and academic governance functions, and at College level ensures the effective delivery of activities, events and processes through the provision of professional support to Heads of College and their senior teams.

The College Support Officer co-ordinates the provision of administrative support to the College and will work closely with senior academic colleagues as Secretary to the College Executive Group. Managing a small team, you will ensure that consistent and efficient support is available for academic colleagues.

The position will suit a strong communicator, who is able to form effective and supportive relationships with professional and academic colleagues. You will be flexible, proactive, and able to demonstrate a strong commitment to providing excellent customer care.
