Applicant should have (i) a medical qualification (approved for full registration with The Medical Council of Hong Kong); (ii) a PhD (or equivalent qualification) in a biomedical or relevant field; (iii) experience and/or strong interest in neuroscience and neurology; (iv) and experience/track record in teaching and clinical and translational research.
Duties include (a) teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students; (b) conducting clinical and translational research; (c) providing clinical services to inpatients and outpatients; and (d) other duties as assigned by the Department Chairman and the Division of Neurology. The appointee will work at the Prince of Wales Hospital in Shatin.
Appointment will initially be made on contract basis for one year, renewable subject to mutual agreement and satisfactory performance.
