THE ROLE
The Client Services Officer is responsible for supporting the Client Services Manager in the efficient day-to-day oversight of their precincts including buildings and external areas, will be aware of and drive engagement around all works occurring in their precinct at all times.
Key Accountabilities
About You
You will have experience working in a client facing service industry, facilitating and addressing enquiries and resolving issues efficiently to ensure the smooth running of a precinct/building operations. Your client- oriented approach and attention to detail will define you as a proactive, collaborative individual who provides excellent customer service.
You will be adept at managing competing priorities and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely manner. With your good communication and ability to build and maintain relationships, you will provide assistance to ensure a positive and professional client service experience.
