Clerk II in the Department of Surgery, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 526790) (to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a recognized Bachelor's degree; OR 5 passes in HKCEE including English (min. grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics; OR min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language and Chinese with at least 1 year' relevant work experience.
They should have a fair command of written and spoken English and Chinese; IT proficiency (including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) as well as effective communication and interpersonal skills. They should also be attentive to details, able to multi-task, and work independently as well as in a team. Experience in financial management would be an advantage.
The appointee will provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support to the research teams in the Department, as well as other personnel at Queen Mary Hospital. Duties include but not limited to data entry, documentation, manage financial matters, liaise with various stakeholders, respond to queries, and perform other duties as assigned.
