Clerk II (holding the functional title of Executive Assistant) in Research Services of the Registry (Ref.: 526607) (on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should have a recognised associate degree or above, with at least 2 years' work experience preferably in the tertiary education sector. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), good organisational and interpersonal skills, IT proficiency, and the ability to work multi-task and independently. Applicants are also expected to be attentive to details and be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

The appointee will provide support on a wide spectrum of tasks, such as administration of research funding schemes, vetting of research proposals and reports, data input, logistics support for meetings and events and other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates may be invited to attend a written test.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
