Clerk II (holding the functional title of Executive Assistant) in the Department of Family Medicine and Primary Care, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 530175) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should possess a recognized Bachelor's degree or a Higher Diploma with at least 1 year's relevant experience; OR possess 5 passes in HKCEE including English (min. Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (min. Grade C/Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics, OR min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language (min. Level 4) and Mathematics, with at least 2 years' relevant experience. They should also have a solid command of written and spoken English and Chinese; along with basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office software; strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are desired, as well as the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be valued in this role.

The appointee will provide clerical and general support to the teaching programmes of the Department; liaise and coordinate with internal units and external organizations; assist in organizing activities and events of the Department; and perform other duties as assigned.
