Clerical Assistant of the Clinical Trials Centre (Ref.: 526663)

The Clinical Trials Centre (HKU-CTC) is a leading clinical trials management platform established under the University of Hong Kong LKS Faculty of Medicine (HKUMed) and is dedicated to managing and facilitating international- standard clinical trials on new drugs, medical devices and medical technologies. Main Responsibilities

  • Perform daily check on office equipment and facilities in main office;
  • Assist in coordinating maintenance and repairing works;
  • Facilitate staff onboarding, such as preparing stationery and leading the office tour for new staff members;
  • Act as receptionist in main office and assist in receiving visitors;
  • Provide delivery services and coordinate courier services;
  • Assist in the petty cash management;
  • Assist in interview arrangements;
  • Maintain the stock level for office supplies; and
  • Provide various administrative and operational supports to various teams.
  • Requirements

  • Completed F.5 or above;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows systems;
  • Strong communication, troubleshooting, and multi-tasking skills;
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team;
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy;
  • Proficient in English and Chinese.
  • The appointment will be made on a two-year fixed-term full-time contract, to commence as soon as possible with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, together with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme at 10% of basic salary. Other benefits include annual leave and medical benefits.
