Clerical Assistant in the Department of Geography within the Faculty of Social Sciences (Ref. No. 526208)
We are looking for a Clerical Assistant to join the Department of Geography to provide administrative and clerical support to the Department.
The Role
The appointee will assist with day-to-day administrative functions of the Department, including but not limited to reception counter service, general clerical duties, bookings management, publicity and promotion, documentation, and undertake other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Qualities
Prior experience of working in tertiary education institutions would be an advantage.

The appointment will be made on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal.
