Clerical Assistant (holding the functional title of Clinic Assistant) in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 526500) (to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)

Applicants should have completed Form 5 or above. Possession of a certificate in phlebotomy, “Health Care Assistant Training" or "Care-related Support Worker Training" course accredited by the Hospital Authority would be an advantage. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, as well as good communication and interpersonal skills. They should be responsible, hardworking, self-motivated, meticulous, and able to work independently and follow through on assigned tasks. The appointee will assist in the daily operation of the laboratory and clinic, and provide patient care support to the Assisted Reproduction Centre at the University's teaching hospital. Working outside normal office hours may be required.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
