The Stem Cell Institute Tissue Culture Facility provides services to research scientists to enhance their research. These services include maintaining and cleaning specialised pieces of equipment. The facility is looking to recruit a cleaner to support this service.
Successful candidates will undertake cleaning duties in the laboratory environment.
Experience in a similar role is not essential as full training will be provided. It is important that you are reliable, conscientious and able to interact with people. The role is physical and is likely to involve lifting and carrying large items.
The contract would be for 11 hours a week in core working time (Monday to Friday), but hours can be flexible on agreement.
Salary:£21,828 per annum (pro rata) plus additional benefits, which include:
