Are you a passionate advocate for student experience?

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to work as part our City Experience team. This pivotal role is responsible for enhancing the overall experience of our resident students and guests across our City accommodation hubs.

About the Role

  • Student Experience: Drive exceptional student experiences by setting and exceeding expectations across all services.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop the City Experience Assistants, ensuring high-performance and exceptional customer service.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the smooth running of City accommodation hubs, including arrival experiences and reception services, and Liaise with the operational and maintenance city teams ensuring the student experience is at the centre of all activities. .
  • Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the City Receptions and Front of House team.
  • Manage recruitment, training, and development of staff
  • Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
  • The post is offered on a full time basis working 36.5 hours per week on a 5 out of 7 days basis (including weekends)
