Prepare media/reagents, aliquot solutions and handle chemicals as needed., Move/distribute equipment, models, supplies, and glassware as needed., Clean laboratory benches, equipment, supplies, and glassware as needed., Communicate with faculty and staff to ensure that laboratory activities are set up, restocked, and cleaned up in a timely manner., Collect, segregate, and/or dispose of laboratory wastes properly., Complete work assignments safely using necessary personal protective equipment and other safety devices., Assist with inventory control, material safety data sheet collection, and data entry operations., Perform other general laboratory tasks as assigned. Daily duties and direct supervision will be provided by the faculty/staff member(s) responsible for specific laboratory courses.
