  • The Opportunity

    The Student Academic Success (SAS) team at Monash University are seeking applications for Casual Activity Supervisors! Your role will provide assistance to senior staff within SAS to enable the effective delivery of academic testing services.

    Casual duties will include:

  • Monitoring students as they arrive, giving directions and recording their attendance
  • Directing students to information and signage
  • Triaging student questions for SAS staff members to answer
  • Taking down details of students who encounter difficulties and advising SAS staff so that issues can be resolved
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining the testing environment, including safely monitoring students and keeping the area in a safe and tidy condition
  • Please note: the major testing period will be from the 22nd - 26th July 2024 and a minimum of 25 hours availability during this time is required.
