Salary: Grade 7 (£37,099 - £44,263 p.a. depending on experience)

This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

The Lifelong Learning Centre (LLC) works with mature, part-time and foundation year learners across the University. It has developed a well- established portfolio of support activity delivered throughout the student lifecycle to enhance the student experience.

The primary focus of this post will be leading on the delivery of information, advice, guidance (IAG), careers' education and employment engagement activity to adults, part-time students and individuals from widening participation constituencies. As part of the IAG team the post holder will adhere to Matrix standards and provide a quality specialist service including the tracking of students and ongoing evaluation to improve the service function delivered by the post holder. This role will have a substantial collaborative dimension, working alongside LLC staff, the Careers Centre, Educational Engagement and colleagues across Faculties.
