  • Support community partners and employers with the administration and approval of external opportunities in line with the University's Code of Conduct via the University's online opportunities platform ‘Handshake'
  • This role requires an individual with great attention to detail who can ensure that operational delivery across multiple teams is in line with established regulations and legislation.

    Skills, Experience & Qualification needed
  • Knowledge of office-based processes, practices and standard operating procedures
  • Experience of working in a busy office with wide ranging administrative practices and processes across multiple teams, triaging to team members when required
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate administering of Safeguarding checks, compliance tasks and maintaining accurate records.
  • Experience of delivering excellent customer service and enquiry handling (online and in person)
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads, work under pressure and maintain high standards.
