This is a part-time position (24 hrs per week) based at the Maple Ridge office between Monday and Friday. Days and times of shifts will vary, with some shifts that will include evenings until 6:30pm.

The Role
Representing Douglas College at the Maple Ridge WorkBC Centres, the Career Coach will support clients in achieving and maintaining sustainable labour market attachments. They will serve all client types including general clients, Clients in receipt of Employment Insurance (EI) and Income Assistance. The successful candidate will maintain exemplary customer service while ensuring that they meet or exceed the Centre's service utilization targets and key performance measures as outlined for each Career Coach.
Responsibilities
Assess and provide the Client with the following services, tailored to individual client needs:
Maintain regular contact with the Client to support, motivate, and monitor the Client's progress; and
