    Do you have advanced technical knowledge and excellent and have experience coordinating a range of technical support to client groups? CQUniversity is seeking a motivated person to provide a range of support including the installation/maintenance of equipment, desktop systems, printers, overhead projectors, telephones, video-conference tools, specialist ICT research, teaching and learning laboratory systems and corporate IS database interfaces etc.

    You possess extensive expertise and have the ability to work independently to investigate, diagnose and resolve problems. You will also be involved a range of projects and activities such as coordinating the installation of software on student computers, undertake software imaging and coordinating the deployment of equipment and lab upgrades.

  • A demonstrated commitment to continual improvement, innovation and learning and ability to work collaboratively with other team members to identify and develop new systems and services, system improvements and work processes.
  • Proven extensive knowledge, expertise and/or experience in the support of ICT systems and educational technology systems.
  • Ability to work independently and resourcefully to install/resolve complex customer problems on site, to follow through on more extensive problems, and to negotiate satisfactory outcomes to all stakeholders.
