Salary: Grade 3 (£22,214 to 23,144 p.a.)
This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
Are you a graduate (or about to graduate) looking for a 12 month internship with an interest in helping other graduates gain positive outcomes after university? Do you have strong verbal and written communication skills, and a desire to help other graduates?
We are looking for a hard-working and organised graduate to work with the Careers Centre's dedicated Graduate Support Team, working both 1:1 with graduates, and co-ordinating and delivering activities as part of a Graduate Support Programme that can be accessed by all graduates, to ensure that as many as possible secure a positive outcome that is right for them after leaving university.
Having a graduate's perspective on how to reach final year students and graduates will aid our work immensely, and this is a great opportunity to have a real impact on students, graduates and the University.
You will be provided with all the training you need for this role, but excellent communication skills and an enthusiasm to for the role and for supporting students and graduates are most important.
This internship will enable you to develop a range of skills including communication, research, online event management and marketing.
