    An exciting, full time opportunity has become available for an experienced administration officer to join the campus operations team as the Emerald Campus Administration Officer.

    In this role, you will be the first point of contact for the campus and provide exceptional administrative support to all staff and the public. You will also provide effective administration support to the Associate Vice- President, Rockhampton.

    We are seeking an experienced, team focussed administrator who strongly embodies the University's values and believes in its mission to proudly deliver exceptional service to our campus staff, students, and stakeholders.     Position Requirements
  • Proficient in the operation of computers including detailed knowledge of business support software including word processing, spread-sheeting, database systems and email and using large corporate information systems.
  • Ability to quickly acquire knowledge about policies, procedures, programs and requirements.
  • Proven time management and problem-solving skills with demonstrated initiative and ability to work cooperatively in a team-based work environment.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) skills with a strong focus on quality customer service.
