    About the Role

    Reporting to the Program Services Manager, you will lead operational activities within the Business Student Hub. As the Business Hub Coordinator, you will be responsible for the operational services of the Business Student Hub and the maintenance of excellence in customer service by providing a range of advice and support options to enhance the student experience and provide solutions to Program Directors to promote retention and success.

    Essential Skills and Experience

  • An undergraduate degree in a relevant field or equivalent skills, knowledge, and experience
  • Specialist knowledge and expertise in student retention with a track record in improving retention outcomes in the tertiary sector
  • Proven leadership experience in a complex service environment, including team management and delivering excellent customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to provide sound advice and recommendations in order to influence senior staff
  • Well-developed advisory, counselling and problem-solving skills, including the ability to be innovative in identifying solutions
