Abertay is a modern university with a global outlook, rooted in its local and national communities. We have made our mark with high quality, well-directed teaching and research, and a stimulating and enriching experience for our students.
As a consequence of charitable funding, we are excited to launch a Wellbeing Clinic, a supervised but student-run venture offering a health and wellbeing service to individuals and businesses within Dundee. The Clinic will offer a twilight service and has been set up as a project to be launched in a series of phases subsequent to an internal pilot. In the pilot phase of the project this confidential service will be offered to members of the Abertay community.
Reporting to the Wellbeing Clinic Manager, and following a period of paid training and induction, you will assist in setting up the business processes and marketing plans, to enable the clinic to deliver a health and wellbeing screening service to individuals who feel they could benefit from lifestyle management advice.
The role requires excellent organisational, team working and communication skills, and a commitment to offer a high-level of customer service for clinic users. This includes working within the bounds of privacy notices and secure data management requirements.
