Position Summary This position works directly with supervisors on site at the Bardo Arts Center Box Office to lead box office staff, provide service management support, troubleshoot the BAC ticketing system, and assist with box office ticket sales and administrative duties for Bardo Arts Center throughout the performance season. This position is expected to lead by example and step in as needed by supervisors and management to provide guidance, support, and motivation to box office assistants, ensure assistants are following policy and procedures, capture performance event data, assist with reconciling event sales, and to act as the first key resource for assistant questions, problems, and concerns during performance hall and BAC rental events.
