This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving university supporting and enhancing its Estates & Facilities Management Team. As part of the EFM Team (Estates & Facilities Management) you will be supporting a community of over 20,000 students and 2,600 staff based on campuses in Brighton and Eastbourne.

As a member of the Building Services team, you will be responsible for optimising the energy performance of M&E (mechanical and electrical) building services assets across the University of Brighton estate. This role will collaborate with the Sustainability Team to identify, implement and monitor energy saving initiatives to support the university's Net Zero objective.

You will be working closely with the university's appointed BMS and other specialist contractors to improve and maintain of the energy performance of the buildings and systems.
