The Energy and Bio-products Research Institute (EBRI) and Aston Business School require a specialist with expertise in taking low carbon products and services to market and generating commercial and research collaborations with business. The role will focus on commercialization of products such as biochar and associated co-products in regional, UK and overseas markets.

If successful, you will provide specialist expertise in developing business collaborations, working with regional networks and the introduction of low carbon products to business as part of a regional clean tech innovation accelerator project. You will be required to work closely with a multi- disciplinary team comprised of academics, business development professionals and industry partners to support new sustainable, commercial opportunities.

Experience of working with businesses of all sizes to introduce low carbon products and a results orientated approach are essential.

Although this work is in a structured environment, a high degree of initiative is required in order to achieve the required results in dynamic market places.
