Birkbeck, University of London, is looking for Associate Tutor to teach its Leadership module.
Within Birkbeck's Business School, we are looking for an Associate Tutor for the following module-
You will have knowledge of leadership from a range of disciplinary and theoretical perspectives (organisational psychology, HRM, sociology, intersectional feminist theory, and critical management studies).
You will be committed to teaching the subject area, Leadership, through critical perspectives and reflexivity. Ideally, you will have experience of teaching and be qualified to the corresponding level of the award as required to teach (or demonstrate equivalent professional/industry level experience).

Remuneration
Payment is based on an hourly rate depending on length of continuous service with the College (starting rate £58.48 per hour inclusive of pro-rata London Allowance and holiday pay) for contact hours worked. This hourly rate is based on the starting point of Grade 6 and is inclusive of a ‘Duties Related to Teaching Multiplier' which covers preparation, teaching, administration, in connection with the course.
Terms and Conditions
Fixed term contract from April to August 2024. This role includes teaching on Thursday evenings, in-person and online from April to June 2024.
