    About the role:

    The School of Psychology and Sport Science is a leading provider of quality education in the UK and has been at the forefront in the development of innovative courses. We are recruiting an Associate Professor with a specialism in Neurodiversity to our Psychology team. We are forward-looking and enthusiastic, with a vision that combines commitment to a strong and active research culture with excellence in learning and teaching.

    The successful candidate will have the opportunity to support and lead research while developing research capacity within the team. The successful applicant will be delivering teaching and learning across the discipline. They will have expertise in Neurodiversity, and expertise in clinical areas of Psychology is also desirable.

    The successful candidate will have a PhD in a relevant discipline, along with experience in teaching and learning in higher education in the area of Psychology. They will have a proven research track record in terms of publications, income and impact. They will have experience of successful leadership and delivery of research with academic and non-academic organisations. They will contribute to teaching and administration across Psychology.
