La Trobe University invites applications for the role of Associate Professor in Business Analytics within the vibrant La Trobe Business School. This significant position offers the opportunity to lead in the teaching and research of business analytics, fostering academic excellence and pushing the boundaries of knowledge in a globally recognized institution.

About the role:

Develop and coordinate undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Business Analytics.

Lead high-impact research initiatives and publish in top-tier ABDC A/Q1 Top 5%, and A/Q1 Top 10% journals.

Secure external research funding and engage in meaningful industry collaborations.

Mentor and supervise higher degree research students and junior faculty members.

Contribute to the strategic leadership within the Business School.

Skills and experience:

An influential leader with a PhD in Business Analytics or a related field.

A proven track record of excellence in teaching, curriculum development, course coordination and leadership and research.

Experience in securing research funding and a strong publication record.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster relationships with diverse stakeholders.
