This full-time post is available on a fixed term basis until January 2026
The Assistant Trading Operations Manager has responsibility for supporting and delivering the day-to-day in-house operations at the University of Exeter's Streatham and St Luke's Campuses. These formats include, but are not limited to, Retail Catering, Residential Catering, Retail Shops, Hospitality, Conferencing, Events & Licenced Trade.
This will be an operational management role, managing a specified area of the operation as determined by your line manager, the Operations Manager.
You will develop these trading streams, by co-ordinating a range of functions across multiple units, making a significant contribution to the experience of students, staff and visitors.
You will make a major contribution to the achievement of the following aims:
