for two positions of
Assistant Professor at the Department of Psychology
Extent of contract: 0.5 FTE (FTE is 40 hours a week)
Expected start: 1 September 2024

The position includes:
Teaching in B.A. and M.A. psychology programmes in Czech and English;
supervision of the B.A. and M.A. theses;
independent research;
participation in all departmental activities.
Required qualifications and competencies:
Master's degree in Psychology;
Ph.D. or its equivalent in psychology;
professional competence in the areas of psychological diagno s
tics of adults and /or school and educational psychology ,
competence in other psychological areas and practical experience is
also welcome (experience in education and /or healthcare is an
advantage);
relevant publications and qualification growth potential;
experience in psychological research, including involvement in grants;
university teaching experience and critical thinking;
an ability to teach in English language.
