Tasks will include front line contact with staff and students, responding to their queries covering a range of peer learning activities. Working closely with the Peer Learning Specialist, you will assist in maintaining student records, programme documentation and supporting the smooth running of PALS networks and the Writing Café using a variety of IT packages. This role requires a flexible attitude in a continually evolving environment, with good team working and organisational skills, IT skills, the ability to identify and seek resolutions to problems and to work within deadlines. Good communication skills are essential. Experience of peer learning schemes in a higher education setting and an interest in supporting people in the educational context is desirable.
Please demonstrate how you meet the essential criteria outlined in the knowledge, qualifications, training and experience elements of the job description in your supporting statement.
