Are you looking for a fantastic opportunity to develop your HR career in an ambitious and fast-moving University? If so, we want to hear from you!

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, flexible and committed HR professional to join us as an Assistant HR&OD Business Partner to support the delivery of our People Strategy.

You'll provide generalist HR advice and support throughout all of the employee lifecycle including recruitment and selection, employee relations casework and learning and development. With the opportunity to work closely with HR&OD Business Partners in supporting cultural improvement and transformational change across the University, you'll also take the lead on projects designed to improve the experience of our customers and streamline our processes.

Qualified to CIPD level 5 (or working towards), you'll have demonstrable experience of providing HR advice in a complex and fast paced environment. Your experience of managing employee relations casework through to resolution, together with your ability to quickly build positive and highly effective working relationships at all levels across the University will ensure that you can achieve with impact.
