You will have significant experience of effectively designing, leading and implementing operational change programmes, an excellent understanding of HRIS, and a strong track record of delivering on projects, meeting objectives and providing services for demanding customers. You're looking for an opportunity to take your next step towards a senior, transformative role and probably already working as a Head of HR, HR Business Partner or Senior HR Manager in a complex organisation.

As a key member of the People and Culture team you will work daily with the Director and be accountable for building and maintaining operational capacity to deliver against strategic and business-critical objectives. Consistently demonstrating positive and affirming behaviours necessary to support the embedding of our shared values across the University you'll keep operational oversight of the People and Culture function in collaboration with the Assistant Director of OD, culture and Inclusion.

Leading a large, diverse team of specialists, you will be responsible for nurturing a culture of curiosity, innovation, self-development and constructive feedback in support of culture change across the organisation. You will promote continuous improvement and effective change management.
