    About the Role:

    We are looking for an Assistant CRM Manager to join our Corporate Marketing Team based on our Chelmsford Campus for a 12-month maternity cover. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced CRM professional who is eager to support the development and execution of the CRM and marketing data strategy. The post-holder will work closely with the CRM & Data Manager to harness our MS Dynamics 365 platform by setting-up best in class marketing automations and campaigns, leveraging campaign management tools, providing market insights and reporting on campaign metrics and the success of marketing projects. This with a view to improving enquirer/applicant conversion.

    You'll have a degree and appropriate level of experience and evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the role, or be part qualified in a relevant professional qualification appropriate to the specific role.
