High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two years of track and field and/or cross country experience as an athlete or coach. Familiar with NCAA DI rules and regulations. Perform all job duties in accordance with NCAA rules, regulations, process, procedures and guidelines. Must possess a valid drivers license and a driving record acceptable to the University's insurance carrier.
Desired Qualifications Position Purpose
Assist the Head Coach in administering a educationally sound, competitive Track and Field/Cross Country program within the rules of the University, the Conference and the NCAA legislated guidelines.
Job Duties
Responsible and accountable for assisting with designated event group coaching, assisting with team travel and home meet operations and other duties as assigned.
