  • About the Role The Asset & Data Management Analytics Officer plays a crucial role in managing asset data, analytics, and reporting within the organization. Responsibilities include ensuring timely recording and updating of asset attributes and non- asset attributes data in the asset data repository, establishing digital links between various systems for data transfer, developing reporting layouts from executive to operational levels, identifying data requirements for optimizing lifecycle models and total costs of ownership, maintaining data accuracy, and assisting in forecast and budget preparation by providing relevant costing and asset performance data.

    This position requires a strong focus on data management, analytics, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support effective decision-making and asset management strategies.

    About You To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

  • Demonstrated knowledge, skills and experience in asset and asset information management
  • Relevant professional background and significant experience in the delivery of asset improvement initiatives for built environment and infrastructure assets
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role and in an organisation of similar size and complexity
  • Demonstrated experience in procurement of services and consultants for the delivery of improvement plans
  • Qualifications

  • Graduate qualification in business, business management and/or business system, or any other relevant discipline or equivalent substantial experience in data management and analysis. Experience in development of asset management software/models and algorithms to enable digital transition of data between various data repositories/models
  • Experience in preparation of management reports based on data analysis
