You will play a crucial role in driving the continuous improvement and enhancement of our payroll systems, leveraging cutting-edge technologies like Workday, UKG (Kronos), and Dayforce.     Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and deploy payroll solutions
  • Providing ongoing system support, maintenance, and training for relevant modules
  • Leading the implementation of new capabilities, including planning, configuration, testing, and adoption
  • Assessing the impact of new releases, features, and functionalities on existing solutions
  • Developing and maintaining documentation for support activities and design changes
  • Contributing to the systems roadmap and identifying growth opportunities
  • Assisting the payroll team in processing employee payroll

    You may also:

  • Possess a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience. • Have essential Ascender (Dayforce) experience
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of payroll systems and industrial instruments
  • Possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities
  • Be detail-oriented, with a focus on compliance and exceptional customer service
  • Thrive in a collaborative team environment while maintaining self- motivation

    Your new team – Enterprise Technology Enterprise Technology is responsible for all aspects of enterprise & IT foundational technology including both change (project) and run (operational) aspects.
