The College of Arts and Letters is searching for a few on-call Administrative Assistants to join our team. With over 20 departments that serve 500 faculty, 3,000 undergraduates and 1,000 graduates, we have a need for a on-call Administrative Assistant team.
The on-call Administrative Assistant team provides support throughout the year to help our departments if their permanent staff are on leave, if we have a temporary vacancy or if there is a large project that we need additional assistance on. These positions are considered on-call, depending on departmental needs. The hours are typically 8am – 5pm, M-F.
Our Administrative Assistants provide administrative, organizational, and clerical support to staff, faculty and students within the college.
Essential Duties:
