Apprenticeship Programme Manager

Do you want to play a key role in enabling the development and delivery of our growing Higher Degree Apprenticeships Programme? Do you have knowledge and recent experience of the Apprenticeships, and/or the Higher Education sectors? Can you utilise your excellent communication skills and expertise to manage relationships across a range of internal and external stakeholders? Are you motivated, proactive and organised?

The University is committed to working in partnership with employers and academic and professional service staff, to deliver excellent higher and degree level apprenticeship programmes, meeting the needs of businesses, whilst providing an excellent experience for an apprentice. Working closely with the Apprenticeship Programme Director, you will manage, review and improve quality and data management processes, for the delivery of Level 7 Apprenticeships, ensuring excellence is maintained throughout the department and wider University.

The Department for Executive Education within the Leeds University Business School, oversees, delivers and manages the Level 7 Higher Apprenticeship provision. Working with a wide-range of stakeholders both internally and externally, we ensure an understanding of, and compliance with, the institutional policies, administrative processes, and systems needed, to meet the requirements of the external bodies overseeing our apprenticeship provision. Working in partnership with other professional service teams, we identify opportunities to improve and enhance the quality of apprenticeships.
