Work content and job description Field of specification: The Social Brain Development Research Unit challenges elucidating the pathogenic mechanisms of developmental disorders and developing treatments by utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as genome editing, next-generation sequencers, high-speed atomic force microscopy, organoid culture, optogenetics, and artificial intelligence, in addition to molecular biological methods using cultured cells and genetically modified mice. The recruited assistant professor is expected to play a central role in promoting interdisciplinary research on in the above research unit as a young principal researcher, and to participate actively in joint research with companies and student training. Education: 1) Bachelor courses of School of Medicine, School of Medical and Pharmaceutical Sciences. 2) Graduate School of Frontier Science Initiative, Kanazawa University (TT Assistant professor is responsible to Master's Level Section only.) 3) Division of Medical Science, Graduate School of Medical and Pharmaceutical Sciences, Kanazawa University (TT Assistant Professor is responsible to Master's Level Section only.) Subject responsible for: 1) Undergraduate course: Subjects related to the above research field. 2) Graduate course: Subjects related to the above research field.
