Requirements
Responsibilities
  • Tutors students up to grade 5 in reading and math for America Reads/Counts program at Joliet Public Library, Main branch (Leadership and Communication)
  • Students must be selected for training and tutoring by Financial Aid Services. (Career and Self-Development)
Qualifications
  • Current USF student in good standing
  • Must attend training session
  • Students are limited to 10 work hours per week
  • Must have Federal Work Study eligibility
  • Students may not work additional hours after their Federal Work-Study funding has been exhausted. 
  • Ability to work at off-campus location, Joliet Public Library, Main Branch (Professionalism and Critical Thinking)
  • PLEASE NOTE:Tutoring can be scheduled at the Joliet Public Library, Main Branch during the following hours: Monday thru Thursday, 2:30pm to 7:30. Schedule will be determined based on need.
Pay Rate Hourly $18
