The Role

Are you passionate about fostering connections, building relationships, and creating a vibrant community?

If so, we invite you to join our dynamic team as an Alumni Relations Coordinator, working to advance the University's mission of engaging our alumni community and generating philanthropic support and income.

You will join at an exciting time as we grow our team in the Office of Development and Alumni Relations and implement a new strategy to accelerate our fundraising and alumni engagement capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our diverse alumni network, keeping them connected to the university's achievements and advancements.

Events: Plan and execute engaging events, reunions, and networking opportunities to bring alumni together and create memorable experiences.

Communication: Develop compelling content for newsletters, social media, and other communication channels to keep our alumni informed and engaged.

Partnerships: Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to enhance alumni engagement initiatives and create mutually beneficial relationships.

Volunteer Management: Mobilise alumni volunteers to contribute their time and expertise, fostering a sense of community involvement and pride.
