  • About This Opportunity

    As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will provide support and guidance to both hiring managers and candidates throughout the selection process within your designated client portfolio.

    You will assist hiring managers to navigate our complex procedural environment at every stage of the selection process. This includes providing administrative support for all aspects of the advertising, interview and offer administration processes.

    What will I be doing?

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from crafting appealing job ads, drafting employment contracts and ensuring our managers and panels work within our policy.

  • Contribute to developing recruitment strategies that align with University's goals and appeal to the required audience.

  • Work seamlessly with our HR teams to ensure smooth recruitment operations.

  • Review and act on client feedback to continuously improve our talent acquisition services.

  • Drive exciting talent acquisition projects and key recruitment initiatives that support our strategic objectives.

  • This is a full-time, fixed-term position through to December 31 2024.

    At HEW level 6, the full-time equivalent base salary will be in the range $88,099 - $94,512, plus a generous super allowance of up to 17%. The total FTE package will be up to $103,076 - $110,579 annually. As these roles are covered by an Enterprise Agreement, you will also receive regular remuneration increases in line with the Enterprise Agreement.

    About You

    You will have previous experience in recruitment, particularly in delivering end to end talent acquisition services in a high-volume environment. Your ability to juggle multiple priorities, balance competing deadlines and drive operational efficiencies will be among your strengths. A large majority of your day will involve providing advice to our business on talent acquisition processes, procedures and policy so your ability to provide exemplary customer service will be critical to your success.

    Whilst we are a large team, we're also extremely tight knit, so you will bring a collaborative approach to your work and won't be afraid to jump in and help your colleagues when needed.
