About the Role
Reporting to the Manager: Advancement Operations you will provide support for Advancement Operations by developing reports, core data functions and maintaining records of alumni, prospects, and donors using the Customer Relations Management (CRM) database system. You will be responsible for providing data related services, technical support, and training to staff across the University and is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the database.
Your focus will be on analysing data from a number of data sources with the objective of using this information to make recommendations and inform decisions that will support the achievement of the University's alumni and philanthropic goals.
About the Advancement Unit
The Advancement Unit's function is the strategic management of relationships to increase understanding and support among key University constituents. The Unit aims to secure financial support from donors who wish to contribute to the achievement of the University of South Australia's vision and values; engage alumni in the life of the University as volunteers, advocates, supporters and donors; and manage relationships with current and potential supporters of the University
