    About the Role:

    This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our Chelmsford team within the Faculty of Science and Engineering You'll provide administrative support and advice including face-to-face student guidance, handling telephone enquiries and using computer-based information systems.

    Ideally with a degree, you'll have a minimum of two A levels in relevant subjects or Vocational qualification at NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, excellent IT and communication skills and proven administrative experience. Experience of working in student administration within the Higher Education (HE) sector is desirable. With an understanding of the confidential nature of the work, you'll have good organisational skills and an ability to multi-task. You'll be able to demonstrate experience of, and a desire to, maintain and enhance the high standards of customer care within the Faculty and work within our commitment to equality and diversity and widening participation in the HE sector.
