  • About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruitment Administrator to bring their skills and knowledge to the UniSA Recruitment Central team. You will thrive on being busy, have a flexible approach, a high level of enthusiasm, energy and drive.

    Providing the first point of contact for day-to-day candidate and hiring manager queries, this position will support an agile and flexible approach to service delivery and will work as part of the Recruitment Central team to promote and deliver high quality, best practice recruitment services across the University.

    Essential Skills and Experience

  • A real passion for and commitment to high level customer service
  • Strong experience in the provision of administrative support
  • A high level of interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a broad range of stakeholders and build credible relationships
  • High level written and verbal communication skills especially with attention to detail
  • Highly developed organisational and time management skills, together with resourcefulness and initiative, to remain calm in managing multiple competing priorities
