Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Faculty of Science and Engineering Professional Services team supporting students and staff throughout the student journey.
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to work in the Faculty Office Programme Administration team, primarily supporting students and staff within the Postgraduate Taught area, but also working with the wider team to deliver an efficient and effective service to both students and academic staff across the Faculty. This is a diverse role which will include maintaining student records and assessment data, helping to resolve student and staff queries, organising, attending and minuting of meetings.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a team and with a high level of administrative experience. You will need to have good organisational skills, excellent IT skills, and the ability to be pragmatic when finding solutions to problems.
Working with students and staff on a daily basis the need for good communication skills is essential, team-work and accuracy are also essential.

This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week on a fixed-term basis until 31st December 2025 due to absence cover.
Remote working is available up to 1 day a week.
