Come and join our busy HR Operations Team and gain experience within one of the leading UK universities!

You will work in a small team within HR Operations, responsible for efficient administration of the Hourly-Paid Worker process.

Your role primarily will focus on administering the process for hourly paid workers, updating the HR system ensuring appropriate information is provided to Payroll in a timely manner, and for administering staff references.

Ideally you will:

  • have a proven track record in administration, preferably gained within a fast-paced office environment and have an interest in HR administration;
  • possess excellent interpersonal skills, together with a positive, professional manner and the ability to deal tactfully and confidently with people at all levels;
  • have excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise work effectively and consistently meet deadlines.

    This is a part time role working 21.9 hours per week. We can be flexible on how these hours are worked depending on your circumstances and preference e.g. you may wish to work a few hours per day spread across 4 or 5 days per week. We also operate a hybrid working model where you can work from home and from Campus.
