    The Opportunity

    The Access, Inclusion and Success team have an excellent opportunity available for a purpose-driven Administrative Officer. The Administrative Officer will provide a range of professional and high-quality administrative services to support the effective operation of the student academic peer programs team.

    The Administrative Officer will be responsible for implementing various administrative tasks and will support the development and delivery of key student activities, including study sessions, training, and professional development events. The position will also contribute to effective evaluation and reporting outcomes, through the collection of data aligned with evaluation plans and frameworks.

    To be successful in this role, you will have substantial experience in administration, along with excellent administration skills and a demonstrated capacity to deliver effective operational processes and systems. The ideal candidate will have well-developed written and verbal communication skills, high-level computer literacy, as well as demonstrated organisational skills including the ability to set priorities, manage time and plan work to meet deadlines.
