About the Role
This is a key role within the Office of the CIO (OCIO), where you will provide high-quality administrative support to senior managers in IT Services. You will work closely with the Executive Assistant (EA) to the Interim CIO, helping to ensure the smooth running of the office and liaising with colleagues across the department and beyond.
You will play a central role in managing day-to-day operations, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and ensuring that communication between senior managers and the wider department is seamless and efficient.
The role offers plenty of variety, from working on confidential and high- priority tasks to supporting strategic projects. It's an exciting opportunity to be part of a professional services environment where your organisational skills and proactive approach will make a significant impact.
